When applying for a scholarship on behalf of a student, we collect the following information from "The Applicant" (parents, guardians, or siblings over 18 years old) and "The Student" (the individual for whom the scholarship is being applied):
  • Applicant Information: Name, contact details (email address, phone number, and physical address), relationship to the student, and any additional information provided during the application process.
  • Student Information: Name, date of birth, school details, academic records, and any other information required for the scholarship application.
  1. Use of Information
The information collected is used for the following purposes:
  • Application Processing: To assess eligibility for the scholarship and make decisions regarding the award.
  • Communication: To contact the applicant or student regarding the status of the application or for any further information required.
  • Promotion: By submitting an application, you grant us the right to use the pictures of the scholarship recipient and that of the applicant on our website, social media, and other platforms associated with GAPP Outreach worldwide.
  1. Data Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our obligations under the scholarship program or as required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

You have the right to:
  • Access Your Information: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct Your Information: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information.

Applicant's Personal Information

- This form must only be completed by  either  of the parents or a sibling above  18 years old, hereby referred to as "applicant" - Please have your government ID ready (International Passport, NIN or Driving License) - Please ensure you have with you, the details of the student you are applying for - Also ensure you have the school details of  the student  such as student ID card, etc.

Identification (I.D.)


  1. Please do not wear white cloths

  2. The passport photograph must  be 3  x 3 inch in dimension

  3. Passport photo must be taken against a  white background.

  4. You must be facing the camera

  5. Both your ears must be seen

  6. Your head must cover 2/4 of the passport  size

  7. No eyeglasses

Student's Personal Information

*Must be the same name on the student's school ID

Same as on your NIN or Driver's License

*Must be the same Date of Birth on the student's school ID

- Passport photograph must be in  school uniform - The passport photograph must  be 3  x 3 inch in dimension - Passport photo must be taken against a  white background. - Student must be facing the camera - Both ears must be seen - Student's head must cover 2/4 of the passport  size - No eyeglasses - Ensure scanned documents  and ID are  clear and readable before submitting them
